Visiting rules
The multifunctional complex "METROPOL"

These Rules for Visiting the IFC Metropol building (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed and adopted in order to ensure the convenience and safety of visitors to retail facilities, as well as to ensure the safety of the property of IFC Metropol, its employees and tenants. These rules are one of the local regulatory legal acts of the CU "MKM Nemiga 5", which establish and regulate the rules for visiting the IFC "Metropol", developed and adopted in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

1. Visitors to the IFC Metropol are required to observe:

- Generally accepted norms and rules of behavior in public places established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and not contradicting it;

- Fire safety requirements, norms and rules established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including general fire safety requirements;

- Sanitary standards and regulations;

- Regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus; These rules.

Visitors are required to comply with the legal requirements of the management of IFC Metropol and their authorized representatives (hereinafter referred to as the Administration).

2.By visiting the IFC Metropol, visitors fully agree with the Rules, accept them, and commit to strictly observe them.

3. Visitors to the IFC "Metropol" are prohibited:

- Smoking (including using electronic smoking systems, hookahs) and using sources of open fire, except in specially designated areas;

- Walk on and/or place oneself on natural and artificial lawns, landscaping areas;

- Use pyrotechnic products and fireworks;

- Leave personal items unattended;

- Move, rearrange, furniture, decorative ornaments and decorative elements, as well as advertising equipment;

- Touch or move any electrical equipment that is not intended for games and entertainment;

- To conduct any kind of gaming, marketing, advertising, sociological, propaganda events (including musical and theatrical performances, meetings with famous people, etc.), distribute advertising, carry out trade or other commercial activities without prior approval from the Administration;

- Run, jump, climb fences, railings, technical structures. Sit on stairs, railings, railings and floors, lie on benches;

- Create a crowd (more than 5 people) or a crush;

- Use obscene language, insult Visitors or Staff, or harass them. Behave provocatively intrusively. Engage in begging or vagrancy;

- Initiate fights, conflicts, take part in them, show aggression towards others, commit hooligan acts;

- To be naked, with a bare torso, or with an appearance expressing obvious disrespect for society, insulting human dignity and morality;

- Use sanitary units during cleaning in these rooms (the sign on the door "Technical break" informs about the closure of the sanitary unit "Cleaning is underway");

- Use, launch any flying and other remotely controlled vehicles, toys without the approval of the Administration;

- Be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication;

- Consume beverages containing alcohol, except in designated areas;

- Consume alcoholic beverages brought with you;

- Use, carry and distribute any prohibited substances (drugs);

- Leave young children unattended;

- Bring flammable, flammable, explosive, strongly odorous, toxic, poisonous, radioactive substances, materials and objects, chemical reagents, as well as other substances, materials and objects that may increase the risk of an emergency, including fire or explosion;

- Is in dirty or dirty clothes;

- Bring firearms, cold steel, pneumatic, throwing or other weapons, including items specially adapted to cause bodily injury or damage to property;

- Cause harm to the life and/or health of Visitors, as well as damage to the property of Visitors and other persons;

- Litter and dispose of garbage in places not designated for this purpose;

- Located on the roof, on fire escapes, in office or technical rooms not intended for Visitors;

- To travel on bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, gyroscuters, segways, monowheels, etc.;

- Leave bicycles, velomobiles, scooters, etc. outside places specially designed for their placement (IFC Metropol has bicycle parking facilities);

- Stay in the building of the IFC Metropol with animals, including rodents, reptiles or birds, with the exception of guide dogs;

- Make inappropriate or disturbing noise, disturb or disturb other Visitors;

- Play musical instruments, and use any sound-reproducing and sound-amplifying devices, including portable, wireless speakers, etc. technical means, as well as loudly shout, sing, whistle or perform other actions that violate public order;

- Organize gambling, board games or participate in them;

- Hold rallies, meetings, polls, exhibitions, lotteries, mass entertainment and demonstrations (performances), organize bets, accept and place bets, and hold other events and promotions aimed at Visitors, without prior approval from the Administration;

- Collect donations and sponsorship without consulting the Administration;

- To be on escalators with baby strollers. With baby strollers, movement between floors is possible only by elevators;

- Enter the fences of places where repairs or other types of work are carried out.

4. Visitors are not allowed in the premises of the IFC Metropol:

- in a state of obvious alcohol, toxic and/or narcotic intoxication;

- in clothing or appearance that violates public order or the peace of citizens and expresses obvious disrespect for society (including in swimsuits, swimming trunks and similar beachwear, semi-naked or completely naked);

- with animals and birds;

- in dirty clothes, as well as in clothes that emit pungent unpleasant odors;

- with bulky bags, backpacks, bags, etc.;

- using roller skates, scooters, skateboards, bicycles and other means of transportation, with the exception of wheelchairs, strollers, which are used as a means of transportation by people with disabilities or children;

- in other cases, at the discretion of the administration staff, if this may cause inconvenience to visitors of the IFC Metropol.

5. The buyer, who has allowed damage or loss of property (goods) of the store (seller) or IFC Metropol, is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.

6. The administrator of IFC Metropol, as well as another financially responsible person whose duties include assistance in ensuring the safety of IFC Metropol visitors, the safety of IFC Metropol property, its employees and tenants, has the right to invite the visitor to submit to him an unpacked large bag, or any other unpacked item for visual inspection.

7. The MFC "Metropol" is equipped with passenger elevators.

The following categories of persons have the right of priority use of elevators:

- Disabled;

- Pregnant women;

- Visitors with children or baby strollers;

- Elderly people.

Visitors must strictly observe the rules for using elevators, take care of their equipment, and keep them clean and tidy.

When entering the cabin with a child, enter first, and when exiting the cabin, let the child go first. When transporting a child in a stroller (sled), take him in your arms. When transporting animals in the elevator, hold them by the collar or on (in) your hands. Any obstacle in the way of closing doors will cause them to open automatically, it is necessary to remove the obstacle.

It is forbidden in the passenger elevator cabin:

- To transport equipment and goods that may damage the appearance of the elevator.

- It is life-threatening to attempt to leave the elevator itself, which has stopped as a result of a malfunction;

-It is necessary to ensure that the number of people entering the elevator corresponds to the number indicated on the information board in the elevator cabin. If there is an audible signal about an overload of the elevator, some passengers must exit the cabin;

- Manually open the doors of the elevator shaft or cabin, enter the elevator shaft;

- Use the elevator during a fire or other accident (emergency);

- To transport bulky, bulk, and dangerous goods.

8. The MFC "Metropol" is equipped with escalators.

For the personal safety of escalator passengers, the following rules of conduct must be observed:

- Stand on the escalator to the right, facing the direction of travel, hold on to the handrail, leaving the left side for passengers to pass;

- Pass from the left side, when driving on the right.

- Do not lean against the stationary parts of the escalator;

- Children under 12 years of age must only be accompanied and supervised by adults on the escalator. Young children and preschool children only accompanied by adults in their arms or holding hands. When driving, adults are required to constantly monitor the location and behavior of children, to ensure that their fingers, limbs, nails, hair, toys, pacifiers, bottles, clothes and other objects in the child's possession or on him do not fall on the escalator, under the escalator handrail, in the gap between the escalator and the balustrade (fence) or in the comb at the entrance/ exit of the escalator, as well as in dangerous proximity to these elements (equipment);

- Be careful when entering and exiting the escalator, prepare in advance and do not linger at the entrance/exit;

- Hold the floors (edges) of long clothes and their parts and elements to prevent them from getting into the escalator equipment;

- To control hand luggage, preventing its spontaneous movement or falling;

- Do not leave children under 12 unaccompanied and unattended near the escalator;

- Exercise reasonable and timely prudence and caution.

It is forbidden to use the escalator:

- Step over the boundary line (yellow) at the edge of the step;

- Linger when getting off the escalator;

- Passengers can pass without shoes or on roller skates.

- Pushing, sitting, jumping on escalator steps;

- Place on the steps and handrails of the escalator: bags, luggage, strollers, cradles, carriers, umbrellas, canes, toys, containers, dishes, as well as any other items;

- Lean, lie down, sit or lean on the escalator handrail;

- Run down the escalator;

- Move up the escalator against the traffic;

- Press moving escalator elements, try to stop them, stick fingers, hands, feet, toys, clothes, and any other objects into the escalator bed, under the escalator handrail, into the gap between the escalator bed and the balustrade, or into the comb at the entrance/at the exit from the escalator, at the mouth of the escalator handrail (the place where the handrail enters the escalator mechanism);

- Clutter or obscure the platforms at the entrance and exit from the escalator;

- Enter a fenced, non-functioning escalator and move the barriers independently;

- To carry shopping and luggage trolleys;

- Press moving escalator elements, slow them down or try to stop the escalator.

If a Visitor has become a participant or witnessed an accident on the escalator, it is necessary to stop the escalator and immediately inform the Administration about the incident. All cases of significant violations of the rules for using escalators that endanger human life or health, identified by the Visitor, must be immediately reported to the Administration.

9. If a Visitor has reason to believe that suspicious persons or objects threatening the safety, life or health of people are in the IFC Metropol, police officers and the Administration should be notified immediately. In case of an emergency, including those related to any mass actions, natural phenomena, illegal actions, as well as technical problems in the IFC Metropol, etc., all Visitors must strictly follow the Rules and instructions of the Administration, police officers, and emergency services.

10 IFC Metropol may receive an evacuation notification in the event of an occurrence or threat of occurrence/commission of socially dangerous events, phenomena or actions. If you have heard an evacuation message via the IFC Metropol notification system or have been requested to do so: The Administration, law enforcement officials, and emergency services representatives follow the following evacuation instructions:

- Do not take any actions yourself to prevent a dangerous situation;

- Do not touch suspicious objects, damaged structures or elements, exposed or dangling wires;

- Without hesitation, walk to the nearest safe escape route or exit, using only ladders, including outdoor fixed, side-mounted and extendable;

- Do not jump out of windows or other structural elements;

- Do not smoke or use an open flame;

- In case of heavy smoke or gas pollution, move crouching to the floor, tightly covering your nose and mouth with wet clothes (handkerchief, scarf, cloth, etc.) and hold your hand on the wall or handrail on the right side as you move;

- Stay away from doorways, windows, and passageways outside escape routes or exits;

- Follow the requirements of information navigation tools: signs, signage, signs, audio information, etc.;

- Follow the explanations of the Administration and responsible persons;

- If possible, do not talk loudly, do not use mobile phones, stay calm and do not allow panic, excessive haste and crowding;

- Take infants in your arms and minors by the hand;

- Make sure that appropriate assistance is provided to others, if necessary, help the injured, seriously ill, elderly, children and other people with disabilities, and if it is impossible to evacuate them on their own, inform the responsible persons;

- When evacuating, take only the most necessary and valuable items with you, do not take heavy and bulky objects, umbrellas, canes, etc., leave your vehicles in the Parking lot (access and traffic control equipment may be blocked), do not return for with their property until the permission of the Administration;

- When going up stairs, take off your high-heeled shoes and keep to the right side;

- When moving last, close all doors behind you without using locking devices and locks;

- After going outside, move to the designated gathering points and wait for further instructions from the Administration;

- Return to the IFC "Metropol" only after the permission of the Administration.

Always remember that the life and health of people and the safety of their property depend on consistency, clarity of actions and strict observance of evacuation rules.

If it is impossible to evacuate, try to signal that you continue to be at the IFC Metropol.

If you accidentally find out about a terrorist attack that is being prepared or committed at the IFC Metropol, a dangerous or extraordinary event has occurred, or its threat, immediately inform the Administration, law enforcement agencies, or any emergency service.

11. In case of comments and suggestions regarding the quality and order of service, consumers have the right to use the "Book of Complaints and Suggestions".

12. The Rules may be changed unilaterally by the Administration, with the posting of the text of the amended Rules in the IFC "Metropol" and using other means of information.

13 Liability measures may be applied for violations of public order and Rules in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

14. The Administration and law enforcement officers have the right to warn, prevent or remove violators of legislation and/or Rules from IFC Metropol.

15. The responsibility for the consequences resulting from non-compliance by Visitors with the Rules, including due to non-familiarization with them, is borne by Visitors.
